This year’s event will be a combined bus/walking tour held one day only, Saturday July 12th, the 109th anniversary of the attacks. Our guides will take you on a fascinating tour that will tell the incredible story at various sites of the 1916 shark attacks.

The donation per ticket is $40 per person ($30 for MHS Members). All the event proceeds will go towards supporting our non-profit organization and maintaining Burrowes Mansion Museum. Tours will be sold as 4 separate tour groups, each limited to 50 people. No tickets will be available the day of the tours.

This year we will also be offering an exclusive collectible Matawan Shark Commemoration Tour T-shirt for purchase to tour attendees. They will be only available for purchase upon conclusion of each tour and limited to 1 per person. No other shirts will be sold or produced for this year. T-shirt purchases are not required and are completely optional for attendees.

Free drinks, snacks and refreshments will be provided to all guests. Tours will go on rain or shine and will last an estimated 1.5 hours. The walking portion will be less than 1/2 mile.
